What Will You Do? - You Make a Difference with Us

As a facility technician, you primarily work with operational technical issues and are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the properties' technical systems. You will work in both residential and commercial properties. Your tasks include regular repairs and inspections of the properties' heating and ventilation systems, as well as other property-related technology. You are encouraged to come up with your own suggestions and ideas for actions.

Examples of Tasks:

• Supervision and maintenance on-site of the properties' technical systems
• Performing service on heating, cooling, ventilation, and control systems
• Managing periodic service schedules
• Conducting air and temperature measurements for our customers
• Troubleshooting heating, hot water, and ventilation problems for our customers
• Repair and maintenance actions in operational technical systems
• Modernization/new installation of control equipment
• Programming, installation, and commissioning of control equipment
• Meter readings and monitoring of energy statistics
• Performing systematic fire protection work
• Daily communication with customers, operations, colleagues, and suppliers

Who Are You? - You Contribute with Your Skills and Commitment

We are looking for someone with a facility technician education or equivalent experience acquired in another way. A broad property technical competence through several years of relevant work experience from heating and ventilation systems, control, and regulation technology is a prerequisite for the job. We prefer that you have basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting and familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements. Since the job involves a lot of customer contact, you understand the importance of being service-oriented and able to collaborate and cooperate with others. A computer and phone are necessary tools in our daily work, as much is digitized. It is important that you are social and have the ability to create an open and trusting dialogue with customers and your colleagues. You can work independently, have strong problem-solving abilities, and work in a businesslike manner. You are a cheerful and positive team player who enjoys contributing to the group's results. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

You enjoy providing good service and always act professionally in your customer interactions. You want to help create a good and sustainable environment for the long term.

• You have a good ability to work administratively with digital tools

• You have a B driver's license

The position is a permanent full-time employment with placement in Uddevalla, but work in other locations within the market area may occur.
